Looking for Two Fics: One Hurt!Severus and One Undercover!Couple

I've gone through my Evernote, but I can't seem to find the following two SS/HP fics. Both are multi-chapter works and were around (if not complete) by the fall of 2012:
1) Severus is found post-DH (some time after as I think Ginny and Harry are married) in grave physical and psychological condition and is nursed by Harry. I recall he takes Severus into his home and Ginny objects eventually to Harry focusing so completely on Severus's care and leaves Harry. Snape may not be vindicated by wizarding society yet, so iirc Severus is under Harry's complete control legally? Long, slow recovery of Severus. May also contain a scene in which Harry has convinced his friends to search for something outdoors for Snape (not sure if to vindicate Snape or help heal him).
2) Adult!Harry and Snape are asked to go undercover as a gay couple to solve a case. You can probably guess what happens. By the end they are sharing a home? I'm afraid my memories are vague beyond it being well written with mature characterization.
