This is a non magic fic where Hogwarts is a prestigious fashion school I think. Severus is a teacher at this school and Harry managed to escape the Dursleys to go for an interview to get into the school. But he ends up homeless because he can't return to the Dursleys so Severus gives him a place to sleep.
Harry was crossdressing if I remember, he was wearing a hoodie that he had hand sewn instead of machine sewn and the judges were really impressed... and he was very good at knitting.
