There is this one story that I read years ago on ff.net. On it Severus, during his school-years, received visions of his soulmate (which was Harry, but obviously he was not born then yet), but mistook them to be James', and was much humiliated by Sirius. However, he kept this one self-made painting of his soulmate where he was wearing a particular shirt. Years later, I think around fifth year of Harry's Hogwarts education, Harry comes to live with Severus, and they gradually discover the truth of it (The final epiphany comes with Harry wearing the shirt in the painting). Turns out Lily was pretty much in the know right from the moment Harry was born, and left a message for Severus.

I remember all this and can not find the fic because I have quite forgotten the name. Please help?
