Kinky!Ginny/Draco with Ginny murdered
I can't remember if this is Snarry or not, but I'm 80% sure it is.
I remember something about Harry and Ginny not having a satisfying sex life because Ginny is a bit of a masochist and Harry can't find it in him to hurt her. So she has relations with Draco, which I think Harry knows about but agrees to keep it secret. The basis of the story is that Ginny is murdered and I think that false memories of the murder are implanted in Draco's(?) mind. They accuse Draco of raping and murdering Ginny. But Harry is adamant that Draco didn't do it because he knows that Draco loves Ginny regardless that Harry and Ginny are in a "happy marriage" according to the public.
I think that this was a very long fic and I'm hoping that it was Snarry. I just can't remember how Snape was involved....perhaps as an investigator?
