Looking for an angsty fic

I have been looking for this fic for ages, but I have no idea what is its title or who wrote it. Severus and Harry have been together for a long time (years maybe?), but Severus never told Harry he loves him or cares for him. The twins saw the Potions Master entering a hotel/motel room with Malfoy, while the later flirts with him, and tell Harry. Assuming Severus cheated on him, and heartbroken, Harry leaves him. Severus hides under an invisibility cloak in Minerva`s office while Harry tells her why he broke up, and how he believes Severus has never loved him, but that he did not make any promises. In the end Severus explains that he never cheated on Harry, loved him, and the meeting with Malfoy was necessary to buy something from him (a house, I think)
