Looking for angsty fic recs

Can you please recs with with the "you don't know what you have till you loose it" theme? Where Snape only understands how much he loved Harry, after it's already too late (death, broken heart, left for another, etc.)
I remember reading one or two like that - but the more the merrier :)
Any warning/rating is ok, and it can have a big fluffy ending or a "cry your eyes out" type - I don't care, as long as the story is heartbreaking, full with regret and hurt!Harry.
