Snarry Fic

This is driving me crazy. I read a fanfic once long ago that was a Snarry. It takes place after the war, Harry receives notice that he has come of age and goes to his vault where he discovers a journal of his ancestor. The fic flops back and forth between Harry and flashbacks of his noble ancestor. Harry discovers that his ancestor was in love with one of Snape's ancestor who served him loyally. Harry confesses this to Snape, they read the journal together and solve the mystery of their ancestors and in the end the two ancestors finally got together again through a portrait in Harry's house. I can't find it for the life of me. I think it was on fanfiction.net but I can't be sure. If anyone has a clue let me know~!
