Old fic, not quite Snarry

I'm looking for an old story where a depressed Snape harbors feelings for a dead Harry. He talks a prostitute, which might be a muggle, into drinking polyjuice and transforming into Harry. He implies Harry is his dead lover, but really this is just fantasy. Unstable Snape begins to be caught up in his own fantasy and tries to coach the boy into becoming more and more like Harry. The boy goes along with this because he has fallen in love with Severus.
