Can't for the life of me remember the name of the fic!
Harry is imprisoned by the DE, they use him as a sex-slave. All DE taking turns, I think Voldemort also used Harry.
Severus is on the good side and hela Harry.
The story is(I think) told in flashbacks as Harry is is theraphy. At the same time he is rebuliding a house. He is pregnant with Severus child at the time.
