Harry coming back to Hogwarts or reunion fics

I'm in the mood for some well-written fanfics. I'd like to read fics in which either Harry comes back to Hogwarts or in which Harry and Snape meet again after a few years. Bonus points if it has a somewhat powerful!Harry in it and some slight hurt/comfort (Harry being the injured one). I like my Snape snarky and Harry should be mature. UST is highly appreciated. :D I would love to read some newer fanfics, but you can recommend older and classic ones as well. Thanks a lot for your suggestions! No death, chan and mpreg fics, please!
