Snape Kidnaps Harry

 So I read a fic a while back where Harry and his children (Albus Severus & James) are at a park. Snape kidnaps them from the park and takes them back to his home. Harry stays because Ginny is cheating on him and he is miserable. Snape, Harry, Albus Severus and James (maybe Lily Luna, too. I can't remember) all stay at the house on Spinner's end and Snape turns out to be really great with the kids. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(As I side note, can I just say that finding this community is the best thing to happen to me ever? OMG allllllllll the fanfiction!)
