Snarry and a good!bwl

The concept is simple. The search...not so much.
Is there a Snarry or strong relationship (e.g. mentor etc) fic where Harry's brother is the BWL (or sister/GWL?)? BUT! (and this is the hard part). This BWL is not a spoilt brat or a bastard to Harry? Good!BWL. Oh! and I'd really appreciate it if its good!Dumbledore too, but I'll be honest, I'm don't really think I can be picky if I want to find a fic like this.
