Stolen from ... well, lots of people.
1) List 5 celebrities you would have sex with without even asking questions.
(2) Put all of them IN ORDER of your lust for them.
(3) Say which movie/show/thing it was that hooked you.
(4) Supply photos for said people.
(5) Tag five people
First, there would be David Duchovny. Long have I lusted after this man, ever since the first time that Dana Scully strolled into that basement office, ready to debunk all of Mulder's wacko theories. Not only was I drawn to his good looks, but there was a vulnerability about Mulder which really got to me. That and David's unbelievably sexy pouty lip.
Second is Ioan Gruffudd, especially as Lancelot in King Arthur. Two swords and a take-no-prisoners attitude just made me melt. I've seen him in other movies (Horatio Hornblower was good; I don't think the Fantastic Four is a good vehicle for him) but I like Lancelot the best.
Third is Colin Firth. I have yet to dislike anything this man has done (although I know I haven't seen it all). Whether he's Darcy to Elizabeth or Darcy to Bridget, I think he's very sexy. I love his smile, his eyes ... sigh.
Fourth ... Hugh Jackman. What can I say? this man is gorgeous in an extremely virile, manly way. I enjoyed Van Helsing completely, but the one thing which sticks in my mind is the scene where Hugh turns back into a human from being a werewolf ... all I could do was drool over those thighs!!!
Last on my list is Orlando Bloom ... but only as Legolas. Which in itself is weird, given the fact that I don't usually prefer blonds (Malfoys are the exception to that!) But there was just something about him in that role ... I can't explain it. Whether it was the absolute confidence that won me over, his humor, his archery skills .... who knows? All I know is that it added up to one enjoyable viewing of a very long trilogy.
I find this meme amusing in that, several years ago,
bambu345 and I did a very similar thing with a group of ladies from another fandom at the House of Blues in Las Vegas. Looking back on that night, I'm surprised at how my list of "Do-Able Men" has changed and how it's stayed the same. The man who'd brought us together on a now-defunct television show is no longer on my list ... I find that it was less the actor and more the character which stirred my lust. So, too, have some men left my list whom I find I no longer have an affection for. (But now as then, my dear David still tops the list.) And I have to wonder, how long will it be until these five become has-beens on the Patty Love Meter? Only time will tell.
Tag? Oh, I tag anyone who has the time and the inclination to hunt for images of their fav men.
