Here's how I know: I just had a total meltdown because at the point that grilled chicken forms a nice crust, it also likes to stick to the grill. This makes me a failure as a human being, I have decided.
I briefly considered applying for a job that requires a security clearance, but I have come to my senses and realized that I probably could not stand the pressure. Or, at least, my kitchen couldn't.
