All I know is that you can't use Olympics in the title. DJ did in the original Snarry Games and she got a letter to change it.

I did contact the Snarry games moderators when I was working on the merlin olympics comm and found out the details about that...

They seemed to think it wouldn't be a problem and they were specifically targeted by someone... because they pointed out that there is actually a comm for olympic-slash - a community for fanfiction + fanart related to the Summer and Winter Olympic Games.

It really doesn't make sense why they were asked to change when that comm is still allowed...

But we are prepared to change our name to merlinsports if an issue arises.
