HOKAY. So. Sent in my visa stuff. That is to say, I sent my supporting documents to the visa people, and then filled out my application online and submitted it.
But wait, what's this? It's not actually an online application? It's just a form you fill out and print? You LIED to me, visa people? And now I'm screwed bc my documents are already in LA, and even if I overnight the application, they won't get there 'til tomorrow, and I'm supposed to travel on WEdnesday!?
Well, shit.
I'm so screwed. I've been on the phone with these people that run the call lines for the consulate (not the consulate itself, oh no. That would be too easy), and they are not giving me anything. I just want to know if I can fax this in or if they can access it there. That's just bullcrappy.
Seriously, what does this phrase say to you? Once you have submitted your on-line application you will still be required to provide your original passport, supporting documents and the appropriate fees if you have not paid on-line. I mean, that tells me that I'm submitting and paying online, and I need to send the other documents in. Especially since they had no problem TAKING MY MONEY ONLINE. UGH.
