I have had too much sugar today . . .
I have been shopping! The best kind of shopping, where I do not actually have to try on piles of clothes or deal with lines and traffic and such things. The kind of shopping that does, admittedly, require waiting for things to ship. :(
I got a pair of sneakers! I love sneakers. These are black plaid sneakers, which are awesome. I have a different pair from this company, in a blue and red argyle print, and I <3 them, so I have high expectations for these.
Also, I went for a new hoodie. (I also love hoodies. If it were always cool enough outside to wear a hoodie I would NEVER WEAR ANYTHING ELSE I swear.) This one is a black zipper hoodie with the Hyrule crest (see icon) in white on the left breast, because the Zelda games are my favorite games. I can wear it with my black plaid sneakers! :D
ALSO (because when you're spending money, why not spend more money? -- though, actually, none of these things actually cost all that much) I got a GelaSkins cover for Merry-go, my iPhone -- I've been putting it off, because, though I think they're awesome, I was expecting to upgrade to the iPhone 4 next month, and so didn't want to bother with a cover for the old phone. But I owe taxes again this year, so the money I was going to use to get the phone is likely to go to the government instead. Sigh. But regardless! The cover is cool, and pretty cheap. And cool! Look it.
I will, however, have to remember to be more careful with Merry-go, because while the GelaSkins are great scratch protection, I doubt they'd be much good cushioning a drop from a height.
ALSO also, I picked up a pre-owned copy of Psychonauts for the PS2, because it is great fun, and I need to return the copy I've been playing to Gamefly (I have not finished it yet, but the disc they sent me is pretty scratched, which causes an only occasional but very annoying game freeze).
So now I really need to put my credit card AWAY and not touch it for another month or three, I think. :P
