Okay, this is ridiculous.
I am so damn sick of people whining about how we shouldn't state facts that contradict their religious beliefs, because it hurts their feelings or something. Boo fucking hoo.
Guess what, people? The universe is a big, cold, indifferent void that doesn't give a damn what you believe, much less how you feel. Some truths are unpleasant, some are surprizing, some are damn near unbelievable, some are ludicrously complex and difficult to understand.
That doesn't make them any less true. You can stick your head in the sand all you want, the only person you're hurting is you, because the universe sure as hell isn't going to stop for your delusions. So knock yourself out. I don't give a damn if you want to be ignorant. It's not worth my time to argue with you.
But when you start trying to spread your ignorance, then you and me have a problem.
