Tomorrow is the big day. Lots of changes: new school, new president. So I guess the inauguration procedures start midmorning, which sucks cuz I'll be in class! I have an 8:30-12:30 tomorrow, its Art 3D design. Maybe I'll have a professor who is very interested in politics and will let us out early so that everyone could watch the inauguration. Or maybe they will let us out simply because it is the first day and there won't be much to do...But there probably will be stuff to do because it's a once a week class, so every week counts. All my classes are once a week. All the art ones at NYIT are only once a week, and that's mostly what I'm taking, but then my economics class also happens to be just once a week. It's gonna almost feel like high school again having to wake up so early in order to get over there, but I won't be waking up quite as early as back then. Plus I don't have class Mondays or Wednesdays, which is great. Now hopefully I can get a job and be able to work those days. But yeah right, like I'll ever find a job, because when I go to look for one and the first few places say they're not hiring, I get discouraged and just want to go back home and stop searching. It's a let down when you have your mind set on something and someone so simply says no.
So lets see, this semester I am taking Art 3D Design, Art 2D Design, Drawing 101, Art History and Economics. Lots of art, but graphic design is a fine arts major at NYIT so it is required. I just hope they aren't expecting too much from me, I'm not as experienced as Im sure some of the other people are.
