soooooo
today was my first day of work. ok so i actually thought that today was just training , but it actually turned out that it was this fundraiser thing that i thought was tommorow! so i got there at 4, went through a shit load of trying to memorize stuff for making .. stuff? so yah taht was boring and confusing. still dont know how to make most of the stuff. haha. so then at around 6:30 the actual fundraiser thing started, which was at first very VERY nerve racking, but once i served one person, i was fine after that.
oh and i had my first major encounter with a rude customer. so this lady comes in with this butt ugly kid, sorry to be mean but she was a bitch (the mom not the kid!!!) and i am all polite u know "welcome to marble slab what can i get you" and i kinda misunderstood and thought she said chocolate ice cream with sprinkles, so i asked her waht kind of chocolate and she got all mad, so that was the first part. then i went to ring her up, and it was the first time using the cash register, so i was confused, and she kept looking all impatient. so then finaly i say the total is blah blah blah and she gives me this look, and says "just wondering how much was the childrens cone" and i say its blah blah, and she goes "OH!" all bitchy like. so apparently she was outraged at the prices and she got all mad at me! it like i dont even make the freaking prices so shut the hell up! i wanted to slap her but i restrained and gossiped to my co-workers after she left. so yah taht was exciting
my butt and legs and feet and arms hurt now . but its all good, i get paid! haha
