(no subject)
So I decided to go all English Tea today. Not that I actually have miles and miles of English garden... sorry, really bad joke. Uh, anyhow, mum and I were wondering what the hell cucumber sandwiches tasted like. Evidently, we tried them out today, following the second recipe here... except without the paprika 'cause we didn't have any and mun doesn't like it.
They were easy to prepare and really tasty, which I was almost not expecting. We had filled an entire plate with them, and they were gone quite quickly haha. And being the dorks we are (or at least, I know I am. Mum could have been just playing along ;) ), we had tea with our tea sandwiches (else why the hell would they be tea sandwiches is there's no tea).
We still have like half a cucumber left, as well as some of the mayo+cream cheese mixture thing, so I think I know what I'll have for lunch tomorrow.
Gosh, I have too much time on my hands. But anyway, here's a picture of the cucumber sandwiches, which only have one slice of bread instead of two 'cause that saves on bread or something hah.
