i can't believe it's 2005!! what happened to 2004?? or 2000, for that matter.
pluses of new year's eve:
didn't have to drive to athens
didn't spend the last 10 seconds of 2004 in the car, although it was a close one
got a peck from keri at midnight
hung with the senior bitches
got to bar hop and dance
saw 3 kids from my high school
didn't get drunk
had 2 cloves
met a red sox fan
got text messages from erin, nana, and meli
jammed with cool kids playing bongos on the sidewalk
didn't get pulled over by the police
got to see k-mizzle all drugged up, post-op
took lots of pictures
getting to hang out with allison drunk is ALWAYS a plus
minuses:
felt guilty for not drinking (got over that quick)
accidentally was bitchy to mike...i didn't mean it
we were only on the sidewalk for the countdown; we didn't make it to a bar in time
didn't get a REAL new year's kiss
met 3 yankees fans, and one straight up hater
having guys i didn't want hitting on me, hitting on me
having to leave the cool bongo session
the pluses DEFINITELY outweigh the minuses! 2005 here has definitely gotten off to a good start...with an added bonus of 70 degree weather! i'm enjoying it while it lasts...
