Hello all,

I'm looking for a fic where Snape has a sister (older?) that is a squib. Post-war. She runs a community center or agency of some sort. Snape take Hermione there to meet her, which is a big deal because no one else knows about her, as it would have been dangerous for Voldy to know Snape has a sister. Probably an older fic. This sounds familiar. I do think I read a story like this but it was a long time ago and I couldn't say where it was posted. Hope you find it.

I found it - stumbled across it actually. It’s Collateral, by Arsenic. It’s just one scene, but the fact of her existence is important to the story. Also, it’s a bit more angsty than I thought, but does have a happy ending.

Ahhh... I love Arsenic, and Collateral is one of my faves, although I didn't remember that the part about Severus' sister was from that fic.

I If you haven't read her Care of Magical creatures (not to be confused with Miamadwyn's by the same title), it's good (if you're okay with threesomes SS/HG/RL). And she wrote a whole series of fics in that universe.
