I had one of those days where the weather is really nice and I felt like walking around outisde and smiling at people I don't know. It was lovely. I do love this country! Only here can you walk a street that contains a butcher (with fresh Haggis in the window) next to a kilt-maker next to a barber (with a sign in the window that reads "free Whisky with every haircut"). I haven't any plans for my birthday, but I am going out tonight for dinner and a movie with Ed (The Englishman). I suppose I ought to go put on some clean trousers and what-not. Toodle-Pip!
