Apparently my grandmother (who has been dead for 27 years) challenged your grandfather (whom I have no clue if he is alive or in the great beyond) to read a book on opthamology.
At least that's what some weird old man in my dream told me last night. Of course, my sister was there too, explaining to me that she actually was in the great beyond and didn't miraculously come back to life like she does in a lot of my dreams lately.
