You do not have to be a member of LiveJournal in order to contribute to the fest. If you're not a member of LiveJournal, you may cut and paste the sign-up template into an email, tailor it appropriately, and send it to snapecase [at] gmail [dot] com. Please provide a link to your web presence (dA/other journal/site/Tumblr) if you have one.
As well, I've already arranged extensions for a few creators who knew that they wouldn't be able to make the fest's general deadline; if you'd like to arrange for an extension in advance, please email me at snapecase [at] gmail [dot] com.
