Ooh, I would love to, but I'm discovering that writing to deadline is a problem for me. Do I have to reserve a challenge? Or can more than one person write the same challenge? I'd hate to pull something off the list and then not complete it, when someone else might...

You don't have to reserve a challenge and more than one person can do the same challenge. I only asked that people sign up so that I can have some idea what will happen in May. I have a terror of people's f'lists being flooded with fest posts all on the same day. The signing up is optional though. I don't want to exclude people who are uncomfortable with deadlines and obligations. My goal is to just encourage as much Snape examination as possible. : )
