Severus was pleased. Not only had his best student been entered into the tournament, but he also was currently in first place. He would of course let Draco be the one to tell his father, but he knew that Lucius would be bragging to him- and for once he would be able to receive some praises as well. "Oh yes, Lucius, I made sure Dumbledore chose Draco," he said to his empty office, already glowing in expectance. He would make sure to praise Draco in class tomorrow. Of course he would carelessly forget to point out Harry Potter - that boy received enough praises from the entire wizarding world - and besides, praising Potter would be completely out of character; unless of course he was praising him for his endless supply of stupidity. He would give praises to Tracey as well, but she only barely managed to stay in it. Perhaps a small discussion with the two of them would be a good idea before the next task. Not to tell them what to expect, but only to give Miss Davis advice on how to better prepare for a tournament, he thought. I want my students to win, and they will, Severus decided, and he would pull them aside this week to congratulate them, and help Miss Davis get slightly closer to Draco's impeccable level.
