“Mother?” Andromeda asked, staring in disbelief at the woman on her doorstep. The hood on the thick navy blue cloak she wore was bundled up tightly around her face, but Andromeda could tell just by the way the woman was carrying herself. “What are you doing here?”
“I don’t care what my sister-in-law says, Drom... I’m not going to pretend you don’t exist.”
“You’ve been doing quite well so far, mother...”
“Well, that was before... Before....”
“Before Narcissa told you I’d had a child?”
Druella looked at Andromeda, her blue eyes training on her daughter’s identical pair, “Where is she?”
