Regulus fixed his eyes on sky. He remembered his father had told him and Sirius that he’d named them after stars so they would always know where to look for guidance. He’d never understood that statement until now.
His eyes trained on the brightest star in the night sky as he fingered the golden locket that his Lord and Master entrusted to him. He had a pretty good idea of just what it was and why it was so important. “What do I do, Sirius?” But Regulus knew what he had to do. He had to make his brother proud.
