I hope it's not him that they found... he's way too young. News Channel 5 Reported the skeletal remains found Monday on Oak Hill Road was him... Jesse Jones. My cousin Whitney and I used to hang with Jesse all the time, photograph's of him are in our albums... he's been over at my house, he played videos games with us and my stepdad, he was a GOOD kid... I just hope it's not him. He ran away from state custody months ago, and perhaps he's still on the run and will eventually come back home...
I don't think my cousin knows yet. I just found out tonight. They aren't yet giving out details about how he died.
See, it's stuff like that I'm paranoid about. That's probably my worst fear, loosing someone like that. I mean, I freaked out when Lindsay moved to Alabama, but having a friend reported dead like that is unbearable... This news hit me hard-- even though I haven't spoken to Jesse since at least 6th grade... 'bout three years. However his memory is still there, so are the photographs, and the thought is... insane. He was a good kid... I don't think it's really hit me yet. Denial. I hope my cousin deals with it okay... that is her ex-boyfriend, after all, and her twenty-something cousin died only months earlier too. I guess I'll find out how she's doing when she picks me up for school in the morning.
Today was okay until I heard the news about Jesse. My cousin got a new car-- a nice one, so her and Dez [who does my hair ]picked me up, and we headed to THS... They blasted Laffy Taffy with the windows rolled down, and the sunroof wide open. I wasn't feeling too hot in 1st period, 2nd was okay, Band was okay, I watched the challenge between Kim and Hunter... had a lotta work in 4th... I walked around aimlessly after school, and in doing so, got the crap scared outta me by Drewskie. He is really good at popping outta nowhere. I think I'll take Ciera's advice and go for visual arts. Got home, did homework, and I'm still doing homework actually... I have something huge due in History on Friday. I'm gonna be working on it for a long while.
So... I guess I better jump on these History profiles. Toodles.
