The Dream

I said at the Beginning
I have many purposes some of which
are just coming to view (even for me)

Dreams have been my purpose
for some time.
Some find wisdom, Amusement,
hope, despair, annoyance
and an occasional
Truth.

I had a dream last night which I will share, mainly due to the unavoidable
impluse
to do so

A great body.
Beings of great magnitude
Of air, fire, water, doubt, love,
of the Moon, Sun and Earth
of The All

We camped in a circle and tales were told.

A messenger Leaving soon
A Messenger delivering the Return
in mid-February
(assumed, because I had a sense of
another year of Romance missed on a day to celebrate such things)

The Return brought forth new Birth and Redemption to a
Warrior
Once thought long dead and lost.
The Warrior died long ago.
With his Death brought a curse
to both Brother and Son.

then I awoke in the dream
To find the Messenger beside my bed
In my Dream.
She was a cat in disguise
A Panther of Light
A sword at her side was dripping
Sweat, blood and Tears.
I thought at first she was sent
to kill me.
But then she gave
the Revelation

I Awoke and Revelation was lost
in the fragments of morning.
