hi, life is great in chicago. i work at a homeless shelter for salvation army. i tell people to leave their food outside the facility, give clients medication, supervise dinner, and basically tell kids what they can and can't do. oh yea i also do room inspections and bed check. hopefully by the time of their expansion next month, i will have a case manager position. sweet.
i never realized until this year that chicago is SO segregated. i may be going to grad school on the far south side because of costs, so that'll be an experience.
grandmother is still truckin' along, though today's diagnosis from the doctor may change things a bit.
my brother's girlfriend is having a baby in april.
my hands swelled up last night while i slept.
