yo! i'm back! i really want the prep skirt. what material is it made out of? looks like some sorta satiny-cottony thing... and! would you happen to have hip measurements for that by any chance? :DDD

hey woman! the only info I have on it says it's cotton. I can ask about the hip measurements, but I'm not sure if they'll actually get back to me :P they usually take a couple days. will let you know the response asap!
