DB Tuesday!
So ... apparently I was out of line in reprimanding a subordinate associate the other day.
Long story, short: There's a guy who works for me that I only see one day out of the week. It takes a long time for me to get pissed off at someone. The guy says he hurt his back opening a truck that day and was whining about it, working slow and complaining about how he couldn't do the things I told him to. Then he started hitting on the chick I'm "just friends" with.
So, I called him a little girl and he threw a tantrum, running away with his pigtails bouncing.
Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!
Everyone who saw the event agreed that I was out of line for ridiculing him in front of them and I did feel bad about that for maybe two seconds then decided that I was still right for calling him a pussy because he was/is. (I don't remember what all was said, but I must have been in rare form that day)
I won't have to deal with him again until Monday. I hope he's not expecting an apology.
