From a gaming consumer/customer p.o.v
"Jack Tretton is a douche bag."
His arrogance derived from his position and contempt towards the public 's ability to evaluate product's on their own merit is insulting.
I could go into further detail here but don't really see the point.
To recap: "Jack Tretton is a douche bag."
