You know, all day we've been told that we're going to have a thunder storm. Why would any cat owner let their cat out is beyond me. So around 11pm the thunderstorm hit, and it hit HARD. After listening to it for a while and the cable going out. Mike called to see if I wanted to head to the waterfront to watch the storm. Jenn? Say no to a storm? I think not!
So I went out, barefoot and in my white gouchos into the rain. It was awesome and I was enjoying myself. Came back to my house shortly after since thunderstorms are usually short lived and all of a sudden another storm started pouring down.
What do we see crossing the road? A very pretty white and orange cat. Who is soaked. He immediately comes to us, I expect thinking we'll let him inside somewhere, and I direct him under the car so he doesn't get any wetter. I run inside and get the rest of Bazoo's (mom's cat) tuna and throw it under the car for him to snack on. Also got him some dry food, unfortunately my mom feeds her cat Iams and this cat knew what was crap. lol
So he followed us around wherever we went. When I opened the door to put the camera in, he bolted into the house. If my grandma wasn't staying with us, I would have let him stay here the night. However she would fucking tattle on me.
So needless to say, the cat stayed with us until it stopped raining. Then Mike went home. And the cat left.
To see pictures of this, I have made a folder called "Cats of North Bay" on my facebook. Regardless of if you have a facebook or not, you can see my pictures:
