Two days later and still trying to sort through the damage done to the apartment..Luna, don't worry about the plants. I can gather new ones, and maybe get Hermione's help in repairing the broken pots ( Read more... )

They broke into your apartment? Listen, if there's anything other than plant pots that you need, the guy I was living with vanished some time ago and no one's been using his stuff since.

...Well, maybe I shouldn't. I mean, he might come back.

Then I'll be the one getting in trouble, but I don't think it's likely. What do you need?

I really don't..need anything..I'm not really a scientist or anything. More of a..cultivator.

I was thinking more along the lines of non-broken furniture, but if you were into the science stuff I'd have a whole kitchen's worth of junk for you.

Is your name Longbottom?

A few of us are underage still, so I don't think there'll be much of a problem replacing the furniture. Besides, don't you need it?

That's right. Neville Longbottom.

Honestly? He didn't have the most comfortable of tastes. I'm sure it would've done as a temporary measure, though.

Someone told me you worked miracles with his orchids.

Maybe it should be us giving you the more comfortable furniture.

... [his ears turn a bit red, starting to grin out of embarassment] They were...fun to work with, yes.

Hey, at least all mine survived intact.

Nice to meet you, Neville, I'm Rose Walker.

Well, there wasn't much we could've done when the mob's banging on your door with pitchforks and torches.

Nice to meet you too, Rose!

I guess not. Did all of you survive intact?

Now I know who to talk to if I ever graduate to something more impressive than a windowbox.

Hermione towards the end of it was captured, but Ron and Professor Snape got her back..Otherwise it could've been bad.

Well..I could give you a few tips. Are you just growing flowers, or some herbs too? Or vegetables? I'm trying to put an engorgement charm on a few pumpkins that survived the raid for tomorrow..

Oh you're friends with Mister Snape? He seems to have come out of this whole curse thing with a more positive attitude.

My window garden is left over from the old roommate, too. I'm afraid the only things I really recognise in it are the geraniums, and I've just been doing my best not to kill those.

Pumpkins? The carving kind?

...professor snape. I..we're not friends. Not at all...And I think someone hacked into his journal. though it was very funny..

Well...maybe I should come take a look at them for you.

That's right. They're small now, but I hope to change all that tonight.

I was pretty funny. Is anyone running a book on how long it's gonna take him to combust when he sees it?

Hm. So what could I do in return that might be worth your helping me with a little gardening and maybe letting me have one inflated pumpkin?

Er...no, but he was out last night and hasn't been on the Network yet today, so it probably won't be long..Though he might just keep quiet about it and make everyone miserable until someone fesses up to doing it.

Oh, it's my pleasure. Herbology is a passion of mine.
