THE DAY I TOOK NERDERY TO THE NEXT LEVEL
THAT DAY IS TODAY, MY FRIENDS AND ENEMIES AND FRENEMIES
Today my friend Lou and I made Battlestar Galactica (BSG) t-shirts. IN ALL SERIOUSNESS.
Granted, they are technically only half done, because we have to wait for the paint to dry, but then! OH HO THEN. SOON THESE MASTERPIECES SHALL BE COMPLETE. and then we will wear them while we watch BSG (today I gently cuddled mine while watching BSG instead, as I waited for the paint to dry).
Oh my God, no one even cares, but I almost started describing them LOVINGLY to all of you. Okay, I'm going to hold back most of what I want to say, except that you should all know it has "FRAK CYLONS" across the front bottom and then "SO SAY WE ALL" on the back bottom.
Also there are plans in the works for matching panties. The ass part will say "OH MY GODS"

WHY AM I MOSTLY JUST THRILLED INSTEAD OF EMBARRASSED ABOUT THIS
WHY DID I INSIST ON PAINTING THE PRESIDENT'S SYMBOL JUST SO I CAN WEAR THIS STUPID SHIRT WHEN I PLAY THE BOARD GAME IN THE FUTURE AND THUS GIVE MYSELF AN EXCUSE TO DEMAND THE PRESIDENCY AT ALL TIMES?????
so, ultimately, today is the day I have given up any attempt at normalcy in any respect of the word and I just embrace the fact that I'm probably going to die WEARING THIS SHIRT AND PANTY SET, and seriously, if I don't die in that attire, I am making my wishes known now: bury me in it. Actually since I am going to be buried in pieces, PUT ME IN THE OUTFIT AND THEN CHOP ME IN PIECES (POSTMORTEM, YA'LL, NOT PRE) IT'S COOL.
