Before you continue to call yourself a thief for engaging in the millenia-old practice of creating derivative works, you might want to read this, which explains why those sorts of semantics aren't appropriate...
Considering the disclaimer was meant as a joke I'm not too worried about it. But thank you for the link, I'll give it a look. I'm glad you enjoyed the first part.
I once got very publicly castigated - on a wiki that nobody can edit that uses my real name - for having what I'd considered a light-hearted bit in a disclaimer that I could argue why it wasn't illegal under Us copyright law, so ever since I've been remarkably paranoid about not being lighthearted in my disclaimers, and I'm sorry that I let it impact what really was an obviously jovial bit in your disclaimer.
