Title: God's Permission

Pairing: Harry/Castiel, but possibly Harry/Sam or Harry/Dean/Castiel if I feel like it. Or alternatively Dean/Draco cause that would be hot.
Note for SPN spoilers: This ignores season 6 (and 7), but some elements will be incorporated.
Note for HP: Ignores a lot of details, major changes to book 7 (and end of 6). Will be revealed in flashbacks.
Rating: Hard R (may be upped to NC-17 later)
Summary: A non-involvement agreement has existed between the three powers of earth, heaven and hell for two thousand years. After a bloody war of their own alongside the Apocalypse, the wizards won't sign a new agreement before they are convinced Lucifer is still in his cage. Neither Dean, Sam or Harry are happy with their findings.
