Definitely YAY!! for the update :)

So the Atlanteans decided to get all pissy, tsk, tsk. I guess that's what happens when people don't understand what's going on, but, hey, no one'll get sent to Atlantis without a good reason. Of course putting them under guard doesn't exactly ease the tension ...

Great to see the Winchesters with Ronon, though. And it's going to be interesting to see how the whole father thing plays out ..

Cavanaugh got sent to Atlantis and I can't even justify his character's birth. ;)

I'll warn you know a lot of what is going on is set up for future fics, so there won't be a lot of immediate resolution of some of the issues that arise. However, the resolution that is coming WILL BE AWESOME TO BEHOLD, if I do say so myself.

Okay, fair point about Cavanaugh ;) He WAS picked by the original expedition, though, even though the reasons remain a mystery. And I am not saying the reaction is unrealistic, just that I'd like to slap some sense into a few idiots - much like Dean, I'm sure.

And having to wait for resolution is fine - a lot better than getting slapped with a quick fix-it paragraph or, where everything is suddenly and almost magically resolved without appropriate building towards it. I'm looking forward to reading it, whenever it gets there :)

Fantastic chapter! Ha, of course they're related to Sheppard. I love this whole thing. Great brotherly moments, cool POV with Ronon, and nice observations of the brothers' quiet deadliness. I hope those Marines see the boys' score from the range (or however it works) and are suitably cowed and impressed. Eh, probably won't happen until Sam and/or Dean has to beat them up. XD

Can't wait for more!
