my brother is a dumbass...
so i guess he was eating pistachio nuts and he ended up inhaling a shell at my dad's cabin. so they he goes home to complain to my mom and being the mama's boy he is she took him to the emergency care center. and what do they find...the shell is stuck in his windpipe causing him to have difficulty breathing. that is the most expensive nut he will ever eat. who the fuck inhales a nut shell...leave it to my brother.
