Sorry for not updating in forever, guys. But there has been a lot going on in the Smyth household. April 4th, 2005 we welcomed Elizabeth Smyth to the world. And now that everything's good on the homefront, I'm going full speed ahead to the World Championships. I'm really looking forward to it
