so hockey playoffs begin wednesday. the predators are playing san jose (which i didn't really want to do again). the schedule for the playoffs couldn't come out until all of the regular season games ended, which was today. so i didn't have time to ask for time off because i didn't know what days i needed off, but my schedule came out and i'm off on thursday and i have saturday night off. that would be perfect for a hockey schedule. unfortunately, the nhl decided the preds would play on wednesday and friday. i'm supposed to close both of those nights. now i have to figure out a way to change my schedule so i can go.

damn hockey people. can't they work around my schedule?
