I'm really bored. Generally life is shite. It's like a worldwide bulletin went out that Michelle Howard is fair game and therefore EVERYONE should try and fuck her over. I currently have on my back Norton Finance, The Woolwich, LloydsTSB, Norwich Union and to add insult to injury the tax benefit agency. They've overpaid me by £2,000.00. I told them this and yet they'll still be cunts about repayment.
Apparently; it's totally legal for them to backdate their charges for 12 months. However, the fact that they haven't paid me for my childcare costs for twelve months is irrelevant.
I told them about my 'change in circumstances' in May. That was my raise in wage, claim as a couple, change of address and the fact that Kai was in full time childcare. Now, one of those would have boosted my wage; so why would I omit this? Apparently I have and they are now blaming ME for their mistake.
So wrong.
I renewed my award this month and the confirmation arrived this week. Apparently, I have two children. Both born on the 13/07/03 and both called Kai Tobias Uren. Ineptitude anyone?
