Hello to all smut fans out there!
As we can see the meme is going great, so we came up with another idea.

We don't  want the smut meme to die too soon, so we thought of making a permanent smut meme out of this one, but we are still unsure how to manage this. So we first of all want to know:

Perhaps we could start the next round only after a certain quota is reached.
Maybe after 25~50% or whatever of the prompts and requests are filled, then start the next one.
Or have one every season or on special occasions/celebrations rather than monthly.
Maybe set up a limit of the same unfilled prompts - like if not answered in three rounds, don't request it again (or wait another round or two before requesting again).

Too many prompts, but too little fics are not good.

Anyway, a community to archive the fanfics written is a great idea.
You can keep the prompts as fic summary.

We are definitely working on an archive right now, that's what we want to make, no matter if we are going to do the meme during the whole time a year, or just at special dates.

I like the idea with the season/ occasions and so on. Maybe we could make various smut topic rounds, or something like this...I have to talk with the other mods about it.

You are right, Anon-san. Too many unfullfilled prompts are not good.

We wanted to list the prompts to give others the chance for writing it, or just for others to get some inspiration.

The idea with not requesting the same unfullfilled prompt various times is good. I like this idea.

i would also suggest a table/entry of unfufilled prompts. that way old ones don't get re posted, and those of us who don't have time to fill this round, but like a prompt, can go back and fill it later.

I like your idea a lot! but can't think of many ideas to help with the running of it sorry.

However one idea, every so often is running an unfulfilled requests period of time, where no new requests are allowed and prompts with at least 2 "+1 comments" are reposted to see if anyone wants to write them. Just an idea, will hopefully limit the amount of reposting prompts.

But I agree with doing it every so often, seasonal sounds reasonable

Please do not make a community for the stories. Keeping an archive on each post is more than enough. If people want to publish their stories separately, they will do so.
