Who Love's You Baby...

If I could feel the temperature of the air, it would send a chill to my soul... if I had a soul that is. Instead I have the feeling of tight leather against my skin, of heavy boots at my feet and a nagging voice in my head telling me that what I do is wrong, and that I don't deserve any of it.

I do though. Oh yes, I deserve it all. I got all of them to follow me, to their dusty piles at least. Now I was wandering the night. Kicking up broken pieces of asphalt with the toe of my boot, and listening to it echo down the alley. The town new better than to go out at night. All went locked up. Trying to keep me out of their houses out of their little boring lives.

They are boring too. I know, cause I used to live one of those monotonous lives. All with the work and the nonsatisfactory feelings at the end of the day. Now those feelings were replaced with the thrill of the hunt, and the touch of a fresh kill to my lips. It wasn't boring at all.

Although this? Wandering the empty streets with no one to play with? This was no fun at all. I had already played with Puppy, and I nearly broke him. Mmm... Puppy liked to scream out. His cries still rang in my head. Filling it with all the lovely noises that torture should.

The town was mine, and I had nothing to do. I stopped my steady pace, and tilted my head to the side. There was something different here. It was unfamiliar, and peeked my curiosity a bit. My hands rand down the front of me smoothing out wrinkles that only I could sense were there below the surface. Beneath the stiff black leather that covered my flesh.

I could hear their steps falling steady in the night air, and I knew that soon I would have someone to play with. Soon all this boredom would just drift away and flow into the unsilencable screams that I loved to hear. Already my eyes were lit with intrigue and devious thoughts. It was just like my birthday, with presents to open and games to play. I wanted to play so bad it almost hurt just to wait for it.

I bit my lower lip eager to see who had drifted out into the night. They all should know better by now. The streets at night aren't safe afterall. Maybe they didn't know, and I was going to be their welcoming committee.

"Awww, are you lost little one? Don't you know the streets are full of wicked things this time of night?"
