Farewell to PAD

For the past year and a half, I participated in a pre-law co-ed fraternity and had some of the most unforgettable memories in my life, but this summer I decided to hand in my membership to the fraternity. I did this because the fraternity just didn't match the expectations that I had for them. I guess I just expected the frat to teach me social and faternal skills that I lacked since high schoo, but they provided endless days of drinking. I guess I don't drinking very fun, although from times to times I do drink for drinking stake. To put it simply, there are people you click with and those you don't... and I just happen to not click with people in PAD except for a certain few. After these few graduated this year, I just decided to quit the fraternity. Regrettably, due to random circumstances... the members in the fraternity and I never quite got to the feeling like "brothers/sisters." The participation in the frat just makes me wonder whether these members care to work for the fraternity.

I'll definitely never forget my pledging moments of living in a room with 16 people from such a diverse background. I learned so many things about their lives that shaped them into the person they are today and how different we all were. I'll always be proud to call myself as the EPSILONS.

I haven't had any relationship experience, but this nostalgic feeling must be similar to breaking up with someone... although it wasn't a great relationship, there is sadness at the end.
