Milano
So, I finally met the family I always vaguely knew I had in Milan
Vera, her husband (whos name i cant remember right now but is extremely nice), Nicoletta, and Marco.
They have been awesome to us. I mean, very very awesome.
We're staying at the apartment the grandmothers stay in when theyre in town and Nicoletta took us all around the city today. I got some awesome earings and climbed the Duomo and took lots of pictures...as you do.
Tonight Nicoletta is taking us out. There will be dancing. Yes.
Tomorrow I may go running the the park. I wanted to go when we were done today, but its getting a little late and natalie things im totally crazy.
Also tomorrow, Italy plays the US in the world cup, but I dont know where we'll be watching. The only thing im worried about is on the off chance the US wins, I will be a little afraid for my physical well being. We'll see though. I seriously doubt the US will win.
The trip here was intense. I spent over 24 hours on my own with very little sleep having to stay constantly vigilant about my things and where I was and how to get from one place to the other. I ended up being extremely introverted and doing a lot of thinking.
I would elborate further on the things goign through my mind, but Im sort of in "taking it all in" mode.
I want to live in Southern Europe.
